George Adamski, a California resident, claimed that in November of 1952 he was contacted by the occupants of a Venusian scoutcraft. He managed to snap a few pictures of the extraterrestrial visitor before it disappeared. Adamski worked as a soft-drinks salesman, and skeptics have noted a suggestive similarity between the scoutcraft and the top of a particular brand of soft-drinks cooler. |
