Rewind Your DVDs

Digital Velocity wants to rewind your DVDs for you. Just enter your credit card information on their website (Just $1 per DVD), then insert the DVD into the CD tray of your computer, and fifty-nine seconds later your DVD will be rewound. (Thanks to Tracey for the link).

Does this work only for Region 1 DVDs or can I use it for Region 2 DVDs?

This is just what I need! I got this Blockbuster DVD here and it says on the cover "Please rewind!" I didn't know how to do this and feared I would have to pay extra fees. A dollar is cheap. Thank you!
