Hoaxes from the Philippines
Here's an interesting discussion of some historical hoaxes from the Philippines, specifically those perpetrated in the early twentieth century by Jose E. Marco, a philatelic forger.

The philippines is a good home, so don't you dare judge her. the problem is the government, not the people, so why are you speaking like that as if you are perfect? what if i insulted your country of course you'll be mad! who are you to tell the philippines is not a good country?

You seem to be confused. This is an article about hoaxes perpetrated in the Philippines, nothing more. There are hundreds of pages on this website discussing hoaxes, because it's the Museum of Hoaxes. That's rather the point of the site.

Hi there!

I'm trying to compile a list of hoaxes in the Philippines. So far, I've just collected nine--including the Tasaday tribe and the infamous Code of Kalantiaw. If you're interested to see the list or suggest an entry, here is the article:

9 Shocking Hoaxes That Drove Pinoys Crazy - http://www.filipiknow.net/hoaxes-in-the-philippines/

Thanks
