Need a fake note from a doctor to get a day off from work or school? Visit this doctor.
Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I simply linked to an article about a guy who was writing fake notes, and because of that my site is now #1 on google when you type 'fake doctor notes'. I have no idea where fake doctor notes can be obtained.

I need a doctors note that I have been sick and unable to attend class due to my sickness. Its for a class that I can not lose points for, I had a valid reason why I could not make it, but she probably wont accept it unless im sick.

I could close comments on this, but what fun would that be? It's become like an experiment in stupidity. I clearly state that I can't give anyone a fake doctor's note, and yet still people keep requesting them. It's amazing.

I need a doctor's note excusing me from a work related training class on Febuary 4th and Febuary 7th. I have migranes and that is the reason I missed the classes. However, I did not go to the doctor's and I need a note to excuse the absences.

I need a doctor's note for monday feb 14th 2005. I had food poisoning. I didn't go to the doctor's because in knew it had to run its coarse. I need the note to say i can return to work on February 16th. ( I work at a restaraunt)

Why are people still writing asking for doctors notes. This person can not give them to you! he says *realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note* and yet people are still requesting notes >.< duh!
BTW I have a concert to go to do ya think you could write me one for Febuary 19th 2005. It would be really nice!

Just say we're sick but just so you know what we're actually up to on Monday we have to pick up our gnome at the airport who's returning from his scuba trip. Tuesday we're seeing Natasha to see if she can diagnose some recent leg pains. Wednesday night we're helping the aliens wrap up their trip to visit and pack up all their souveniers. (Parts of Sol) Thursday is for our DNA activation sessions.
Please state in the note that we will return to work on Friday 2/25 as of course we need to be there to pick up our checks to which we're so entitled.
Hang in there dude... eventually the regulars will get tired of cracking jokes and the idiots will no longer be able to find something posted so long ago. Eventually these will slow down...
