Meh.. even if the reports aren't bogus, and there are actually sonar images that back it up, bear in mind that if a computer's dealing with the scans, then it's *going* to have blocky and pyramidal structures, because computers don't do analog very well.

Just a guess, but this is probably similar to the "road" they found on the sea-floor (somewhere around The Bahamas) that you can see from a plane. It actually looks like fitted stones (huge ones).
Turns out it was wave action on a strip of limestone exposed through the sand.

the theory of Atlantis being located off the coast of Cuba is a radical idea. From what I have gathered, not a whole lot, is that they have found pyramid like structures with some kind of a metal coating. Plato's description of atlantis has similar structures coated at with different types of metals GOLD being the most dominate. Other scholars have indicated that the pyramids of Egypt had these same coverings, like a cap of gold on the tops. The caps would produce electric activity.

Hmmm. Why is it that whenever anything underwater is discovered that it has to be "Atlantis"? There are literally hundreds of underwater structures found all around the world in the past 50-years...Cleopatra's palace in the late 1990's is one that comes to mind. Yes, an underwater discovery off the west coast of Cuba is nothing short of fantastic, but let's allow the experts to decipher the findings before we all start jumping to radical conclusions. Atlantis? Perhaps. Or perhaps not. I for one would like to see what the professionals, experts and linguists determine before I start believing in something weird. Wouldn't we all like ot avoid getting egg on our respective faces?

this theory on atlantis being real is a myth. No part of Atalantis being on this universe is true. Plato was planning on writing a trilogy which included creation of man, creation of nature, and creation of atlantis. He never even got started on the book about atlantis. He made up the story which was passed down from generation to generation
