Hello there. I may as well blow this horn, as noone else is likely to. Andy Kaufman's death has been questioned since his imminent demise was announced in tabloids before he died. There are even those among people who knew Andy fairly well that still question his death.

Universal Studios used the website, www.andylives.org surreptiously to promote their film, Man On the Moon. I picked it up after the domain lapsed and after some guy had squatted on it for several months thereafter.

Enrique's site, www.andykaufmanlives.com, was started somtime after that, and is a diaristic list of ruminations and suppositions.

Around 9 years ago in 2001, I saw Andy Kaufman at a bar called Pats II Cocktails in Redondo Beach, CA. I was then a 19 year old, working next door at a record store. He was tall, slightly overweight, older... his face, the mole on his cheek was a dead give away. He was alone and he was quiet and did not talk to me. He had a strange aura. He struck me as a shady person, a con-artist. I cannot ever shake the memory. I have told people from time-to-time, but it wasn't until the Jaoquin Phoenix prank lead me to links about Andy Kaufman that I realized there were forums for discussions about Mr. Kaufman.
