Need a fake note from a doctor to get a day off from work or school? Visit this doctor.
Update: If you've arrived here via Google, or some other link, realize that I can't actually provide anyone with a fake doctor's note. I simply linked to an article about a guy who was writing fake notes, and because of that my site is now #1 on google when you type 'fake doctor notes'. I have no idea where fake doctor notes can be obtained.

I've been off for a bit (by the way, I need a doctor's note for, y'know, whatever), and I feel I can answer all but one of you with a straight reply.
You are all idiots. You are dim, cheating, lying skivers. Not only are you having to make up excuses to try and save your lazy asses from being deservedly fired, you have come to a website called Museum of Hoaxes, and haven't even bothered to read the opening post. Frankly, I sure as hell that I wouldn't hire a single one of you.
I hope for the sake of your employers that they fired you.

I need an excuse stating that I cant do any bending, lifting, reaching, moving around, and can not drive while taking the medicane im on. Also stating she cant do this for a few months to allow her torn ligament to heal. All Angela can do is sit so she wont make her ligament any worst. I also need a dr's name signed at the bottom.
