I need a Doctors note stating I have rectalitis from an Enima Accident gone horribly wrong.

i need a dr. note for my 2 yr old son. i missed work fri. (6/24/05) using the escuse he had stomach problems and now a i need to manufacture the dr. note?

Michael seems to have pulled the splenius capitis in his lower neck. The injury should heal shortly, should not lift anything over five(5) pounds for 3-4 days.

Micheal may return to work Wednesday July 6th.

Michael is unable even to spell his own name in the same way twice in a row. This is unlikely to heal, and my suggestion is that he doesn't return to work at all, as you could surely do better.

If you had read the topic heading you would have seen that this is a site about HOAXES and that the topic was about a doctor who fraudulently issued fake notes to people who paid for them. In fact, it specifically states up there that you can't get a fake doctor's note here.

People, like you, who post to this site seeking fake notes simply serve as a source of amusement and ridicule for those of us who are smart enough to read before posting.
