Vampira had the smallest natural waist. She was a wonder. That was her without cosetting. I think it was 18 inches. Probably she was the one to beat for the plastic chick above.
If you look at the Ed Wood movie, they managed to get a chick with an amazingly small waist to play her, but Vampira's was even smaller.

The "chick" who played Vampira in "Ed Wood" was no other than the versatile actress Lisa Marie, who until a few month's ago, was Director Tim Burton's girlfriend, who accused him of trying to "gaslight" her during palimony proceedings. Lisa Marie is also well known for her role in Burton's "Mars Attacks", as the gum-chewing alien call-girl who infiltrates the White House in an attempt to zap the POTUS, played by Jack Nicholson, who was reported to have had a 28-inch waist during the filming of "The Terror" with Boris Karloff. It was apparently in Jack's contract that he be small-waisted, as opposed to wasted in general, as he was in most of Easy Rider. Peter Fonda had a 27-inch waist during the ER filming, while Dennis Hopper's head grew to an extremely large circumference, due mainly to the psychadelic substances he ingested on the set. I can't imagine that that would be very good for her vital organs. They are in there pretty tight to begin with.

Corsets are cool.. nothing gross about wearing one or having a womanly figure..I love mine I doubt I'll get to 15in but even 20 would be nice.. to see a big fat belly is really a nasty view not a corseted waist.. there is no sucking it in if you are in a tight corset.. go read & get a clue stupid!!

She looks completely deformed, I can't imagine anyone finding that attractive. Worst part is, she is a grandma, she should be at the point in her life where she is enjoying life not sofocating inside a tight corsete. I can't even imagine what the skin underneath looks like. Her sit says her waist is naturally 21 iches. ICK!

I noticed alot of people commenting in regards to her health. Ethel Granger's waist was smaller then hers and I believe her death was completely unrelated to tightlacing. The organs of a pregnant woman move around more in that short time then they ever do wearing a corset. If you do it carefully and know your limits, you're not going to hurt yourself.

She is real. That's her completely. I saw a news report about her and they interveiwed her, had videos of her and its impossible to breathe in for about half an hour. It's sick, but real. x

WOW!!! This woman is 70 years old. Of course she is not going to "LooK young. She has been wearing a corset for over 24 years. If she was going to have health problems I'm thinking they would have appeared by now. Actually her back and spine are in excellent shape. How many of you people blasting her have tattoos or multiple piercings? First stone and all that!!! She is in no way hurting anyone and certainly not herself. I think she is to be congratulated for having a desire to excel. I think shes cool. I love corsets myself. Not for 24 hours but they feel really neat. It is truly amazing to have one on and see yourself..... WOW!!!

I like tightlacing, but I'm not the kind of person to get my waist down that far. And as for your organs, if you don't go farther than 10" smaller than your natural waist, your organs move less than they would when you're pregnant. I have actually found breathing easier in a corset than with a 7lb child in my womb.
I say more power to her, but you can't catch me in one 24/7. I like my kinky sex positions thankyouverymuch.

Oh yeah, if you tightlace slowly, 6 inches every 6 months, IT WON'T HURT at all.

that's disgusting! i'd barf if my waist was that tiny! i'm 12 yrs old though so that aint sayin anything. but Scarlett O'hara in the book Gone with the wind was supposed to have a 17 inch waist and she called her sister fat cuz she had a 20 inch one! ew!!!!!!

I envy her, she actually had the commitment to do this and go so far. Shes an ugly woman, but I want to push my waist that far. mmmhmmmmm
