Upside-Down Christmas Trees

image Target.com is was selling an upside-down Christmas tree for $499.99. (Thanks to Travis for the link--which has now gone dead, therefore I removed it) I'm not religious, but my first thought when seeing it was that it would be a perfect holiday decoration for a family of Satanists, to accompany their upside-down crosses and crucified Santa. I know it's not a joke, or some mistake on Target's part, because Hammacher Schlemmer is selling the same thing for $100 more. I understand these things are supposed to be space-savers, but why not save space by buying a smaller tree? I guess I just don't see the point, or appeal, of an upside-down tree. And why are they so ridiculously expensive?

What is wrong with an upside down Christmas tree? It has nothing to do with Satan. The reason they say it saves space is because There is more room underneath for gifts. People need to stop being so ignorant and leave things alone they don't like.

cool mad this tree has to be the dumbest idea ever!! vampire we used this from a translator. christmas trees arent meant to hang upside down. this was just rredicuous!! it will fall over and land on your four year old child. she was severely injured and thought the tree was too ugly to put up anyways. so f*** you!!

i love upside down christmas trees. im glad your kid got attacked by a christmas tree. you must have not put it up right. you probably didnt read the instructions either!! big surprise if you have any other kids i hope they too get attacked by an upside down christmas tree!! snake have a lovely day smile)
