Photocopier Accident
image Here's a link to some video footage of an accident with a photocopier. I don't have any details about where this footage was taken, or if it's real. Although it looks staged to me.

What, other than where it says 'video footage' in blue on the original post?

This showed up on videodetective.com, as an ad, with a link to netscpae to download Netscape 8. You know, those interstital ads they play before the video you actually want? I think it's clearly an ad by Netscape, although how it connects to Netscape 8 I don't know.

I hear Netscape 8 rocks, and maybe they figure they don't have to do anything other than mention the thing and we'll all flock over to download it.

It reminds me of those horrid Vonage commercials - you know, where they have an "accident" like felling a tree onto a car, or a photographer falling into a fountain. They seem awfully staged to me.

One day, when I was MUCH younger and in college, I took dozens of these type of rump copies. Some friends and I had a contest to see who could tape them the highest in main hall. We'd get a running start, and just before smashing into the wall, jump. Of course it took a few leaps to get the timing right...

"What, other than where it says 'video footage' in blue on the original post?" - Boo

Boo, for whatever reason my browser isn't showing the words "video footage" (or even the word "video" for that matter) in blue, nor does it come up with the little hand when I pass over any of the text or the picture. That's why I asked for somebody to repost the link. Obviously I'm missing something here, was the original link in the Hoax Forum or something??

Huh, that's odd.
http://ads.ign.com/videoads/streaming/netscapead_042905_wmvlow.wmv is what it comes up as. Hope that helps!

I watched it...it totally looks fake. PLAUSIBLE, but the setup itself is fake.

Citizen Premier: "It is staged; security cameras don't have sound."

Actually some do, but that doesn't mean the video is real. I think it's fake.
