The latest craze sweeping through LiveJournal, Xanga, and other blogging communities involves people posting this message on their blogs:A girl died in 1933 by a homicidal murderer. He buried her in the ground when she was still alive. The murdered chanted, "Toma sota balcu" as he buried her. Now that you have read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will be on your ceiling. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. If you post this, she will not bother you. Your kindness will be rewarded.
It obviously seems to be inspired by the movie The Ring. Other than that I don't know much about this (such as who started it, etc.), though I do know that I'm now safe.

It's late, i'm scared, i read this, i'm an idiot. after i watched the grudge i dident sleep with blankets,after i watched boogeyman i dident sleep with the closet open, im 14, don't remember how i even got to this site, think i was at bigboys.com or looking at porn but i saw the thing and whent to google and type in toma sota balcu and it brought this up, oh wait i do remember how i got here, well before i saw it i was on porn and bigboys.com hah....yes i'm a dumbass.

I haven't reposted this yet,and 2 weeks have gone by. You'll see something similar to this again,and what are you gonna do repost. Well don't. Yeah there is a 1% chance the story is true,but a ghost killing you. Be real people. I believe ghosts are real,but I doubt they'd kill people who have nothing to do with their death,or kill people at all...

Still, despite your superstitiousness, it's nice to see someone who's at least questioning it.
If it makes you feel better, I read this at first about six months ago, haven't posted it, yet I still haven't seen any scary dead girls. Not even in my dreams.
Plus, the grammar is atrocious (died in 1933 by a homicidal murderer? Plus, how many non-homicidal murderers do you know?) and the internet wasn't around in 1933...
