Is Jim Morrison Alive?
Most people think the musician Jim Morrison, lead singer for the Doors, died in Paris on July 3, 1971. But Gerald Pitts says that he "discovered Jim Morrison Living on a Ranch in the Pacific Northwest in the summer of 1998." According to him, Morrison is living a quiet life as an American cowboy "away from the Hollywood scene." Even though Morrison evidently engineered an elaborate death hoax to escape publicity, he agreed to appear on film for Pitts. You can buy a copy of this film for only $24.95 (shipping is extra). Pitts' site includes a video comparing the features of Jim Morrison the fifty-something cowboy to Jim Morrison the twenty-something singer. Jim is not alive anymore,not in the flesh and bones anyway.I must say that I have never known him or herd of this man until I saw him in my dreams.He was walikng on the sands right thowards me,he was standing like right in front of me when he stopped and smiled.He just said "Im Jim and I already know you name." then he smiled and with a lot of light he left me there standing.I woked up,and checked out just who he was.This happend when I was 21 in the year 2001,im 25 now.I became,and still am,a great fan of him.He truly was a great poet,shaman,lead singer and the rock icon.
On top of all that i think,he could not live without his Pamela.Just being without her would break his heart to pieces.Jim had a tender,loving heart,and that was his ultimate end.With such a pain in my heart,"the end would also be my only fiend."
You dont have to believe my story,but i think when you die he will be greathing all of his true fans,dont let him down!
Jim never left my heart,and his pain is gone now.

three things about this jim morrison conundrum....
1. i did a photograph to photograph comparison of this dude's autograph and the lizard king's autograph (which i found a picture of online somewhere) and they are nothing alike.
2. i found ray manzerik(is that how you spell it?)'s website and emailed him about his buddy being found alive and well. whoever responded to my email simply stated "that is not him. that website is a hoax. we wish he were alive too, but hes not."
3. wasnt jim morrison obsessed with INDIANS? i cant imagine him becoming ever becoming a cowboy

oh puhhhhlease! not another dead celebrity conspiracy theory. i came here because i thought it'd have info on the status of his current estate. if he really did survive paris, how did pam courson's family become so wealthy upon her death in '74. do you really think someone as clingy as courson would have let that slide?

Well, it was a closed casket. There was also a 3 day news blackout before anyone knew about his supposed death.
There's a good chance he did fake his death...

wtf is up w/u all the poor guy is dead by accidental (or not) od. why doos everybody want to believe that he is alive. he loved death and he got what he wanted so just leave it at that.

Im sorry but i dont believe any of this....Why would Jim morrison suddenly agree to reveal himself to the public eye after all these years, if he persay, were alive? I mean isnt publicity what he was trying to escape from? Anyone can make someone look like somebody else with a little bit of help from computer programs..come on now...This pitt guy or whatever you would like 2 call him is a jerk if you ask me.......people these days, pathetic...

i don't see that this guy is jim. As some people have said, why would he leave pamela like that?
It is obvious that he did not have a good relationship with his parents, but even so, to let everyone believe he was dead all this time is some feat. Not only that, it would be cruel.

Jim did not die like they said, he knew he'd be going to prison for a LONG time, he was done with the Doors. It was time to boogie. No one saw the body. The grave is too short for him. He faked his death and split the scene. For those who can't believe that, you've been brainwashed.

I like any reaction I can get with my music. Just anything to get people to think.
