About the Museum
The Museum of Hoaxes is dedicated to promoting knowledge about hoaxes. (Click here for opening hours, etc.) On our blog we post about dubious- sounding claims, and whatever else strikes our fancy. The site is also home to the Hoaxipedia (the museum's online encyclopedia of hoaxes), the Hoax Forum, and the Top 100 April Fools' Day Hoaxes.
The museum was created in 1997 by Alex Boese. He's assisted by a staff of deputy curators and docents. Alex is the author of three books, most recently Elephants on Acid: And Other Bizarre Experiments (which has nothing to do with hoaxes). Eerie Ghost Video
Here's what the setup to this little piece of video says: Supposedly this is a car commercial that never aired. I'm thinking that it is more probably a very good student project using Computer Graphics. About 2 seconds into the "commercial" notice something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist that looks humanish.
All I'm going to add is that this really, really got me.

Holy crap I saw this thing today on my laptop. I was looking up some videos to put on my psp in google video, when I loaded the page the video autoplayed. I was in Kinko's I found the thumb nail with just the car saying it has a ghost in it, so I went looking for the so called ghost following the car. Watching this I freakin screamed when the guy poped up after the car dissapeared. The three people looked at me as I banged into the desk behind me. I replayed it slowly frame by frame to see what I thought I saw. I kinda laughed a little bit. The the lady came over and threw me out of Kinko's I'm not allowed in there for 30 days. But it was worth it I'm watching it now that I'm home, it is funny, when I looked up that it actually was an energy drink commercial I was laughing for five minutes. I'm going to show this to the people in Psyc Club and see what they think, if they didn't hate me before they're gonna now! or not which ever either way it'll be funny.
