It does not require a "think tank" to discern a low intelligence. You only have to observe the person in question. Each of us daily, makes such judgements. Nothing wrong with being "judgemental". That's what judges do. Is that guy dumb or not? Compared to me, he is.

Bubba Bush had a big problem with booze and killed half his brain cells by the time he was 40. Now age is setting in and it just gets worse. He cannot string together a paragraph without notes and aides. Really scarey. And think about his lack of critical thinking powers.

Fooled Me...I saw the bias against the repubs, but that's not unusual and 91 is in the normal range. It seems to fit very well, and Clinton is twice as smart as Bush.

I would be very surprised if Bush's I.Q was anywhere near as high as 91...the man is an idiot.
