Hard to tell. I was watering the plants when I saw it. Put the hose down and got my phone out. As soon as I took the pic my 2 yr old got hold of the hose and was spraying water through our front door (which was open) into the front room. I had to get the hose from his hands and dry the floor By the time I got back it was gone. I don’t recall it being too windy. Come to think of it, it is graduation time and I do see a lot more balloons than usual (on cars etc.). Might be an escapee.
