Before the internet it was mail order crap touted to be the best thing since sliced bread, before that the snake oil salesman that would roll into town sell a buncha suckers crap and roll out of town to the next set of chumps. Use your head, think, magic pills and the like don’t exist. You won’t get paid for buying what some slick website is selling you.
And most people who got scammed by a webcam site, would keep quiet about it. But that is why they can continue doing it.
Who is gonna call up their states attorney general and complain that they can’t get off because the webcam they subscribed to isn’t real live footage?
