Quite a number of years ago someone pointed me towards a video on the internet which depicted the following scene.

It was a news report which seemed to show, outdoors, on stage, someone of importance (like a politician or something) obviously suffering from some kind of mental illness, unzipped his trousers, began to spontaneously masturbate on stage and ejaculate all over the crowd in front with people starting to panic a little bit. Mutliple news cameras caught it and the video depicted the smartass newsreaders calling the story. It was pretty funny but disturbing at the same time. I’ve never seen it again afterwards and wondered if anyone knew anything about whether it is true or hoax?

Sounds not plausible to me: that person would at least need dozens of seconds from start of action till end of action.

I don’t suppose there’s any chance of being directed to that video, or of being told which politician it concerns, or which type of politician it concerns, or even which country the politician is of…

Or even if it was a politician.

I don’t know many politicians that stand on a stage in front of large crowds. Not their normal MO. Normally they’re relaxing with their taxpayer-purchased duck island.

The doctor that discovered viagra paraded around a conference room with a raging boner…is that the same thing??  Giles someone or other.

So the doctor that invented Viagra went and wanked all over a crowd?

I suppose when you’re a God among insects to that many people (i.e. men with trouble unleashing the fury) you can do what you like. Chances are the police that arrest you are in your debt.

Well, if it was somebody like a politician who was known to have that sort of a metal problem, then I doubt that they’d just let him unsupervised on stage at a live event.  They’d probably have somebody standing by to pounce on him and drag him offstage if he got a bit strange.

Going to do some gravedigging here… along with a number of other topics, I’ve been searching for more info about this video once in a while for the last few years. I recently found answers to two of my other perennial search terms, so figured I may have some luck here.

I am very hazy about my recollection of this video. I don’t know if I saw it on television or if I saw it on the internet. I think I saw this sometime between 2003 and 2006. I don’t remember if the video was a part of an article I was reading or if it was on television, but I remember the context being news-oriented. I definitely remember the person involved in this video being somebody involved in politics, I believe somebody that actively held an office and I’m pretty sure it occurred in a European country. It was stated that he was actively involved in psychological counseling following the incident.

As far as the specifics of the video, I think the guy had white hair and was wearing a dark suit. I also think he was standing behind a podium at some point. When the “offensive public activity” starts, it’s really unclear what’s going on, at first, his movement is very quick and erratic, like he just pulled a muscle in his leg or something.

Any new info on this in the last three years?
