Why is everything with boobs to make them shaped or bigger. Why can’t they make a “smaller boob pill”? Some of us would be highly grateful.

Because that would be practical, Razela. We couldn’t have that sort of thing happening, could we? If we started being practical, we wouldn’t be going along with 99% of what’s marketed these days.
