LifeWave Busted in Australia

I posted the info about the ruling in Australia to keep this thread up to date on latest developments.

The original complaint centered on one distributor in Australia by the name of Michael Podolsky.

He, like most LifeWave distributors, used information provided by LifeWave central in the US.

The Australian ruling ordered him to stop advertising because non of the claims made in the ads could be substantiated.

Of course, that’s been the point of this thread as well as the original hoax forum thread on LifeWave now up to page 263!

Poster Joel gave the info a few weeks ago on page 260:

The ruling was made in April of this year.

How this ruling will affect LifeWave is questionable.

LifeWave continues its operations spreading from Country to Country.

Some cultures are more open to woo woo “science” than others.

Schmidt is clearly milking this scam for every penny he can and will continue to do so until he falls foul of laws in the USA.

Joel’s post from page 260 shows how much importance the ruling has for Mr. Podolsky.

Why, yes, the TGA panel specifically found that Michael Podolsky was using the name “Simon Podolsky” on that Lifewave page. (Paragraphs 23 and 24 of the panel decision).

It would appear that complying with the law, and even complying with a specific order from a government panel whose mission is to protect the public against misleading advertising, is low on
Mr. Podolsky’s list of priorities.

It’s interesting to see that since Joel’s post on August 5, Mr. Podolsky has actually complied with the Australian ruling and taken down his website.

I would say that we are waiting for verifiable scientific studies proving efficacy of the LifeWave range of products but, after all these years, we know that will never happen.

Looks like the site is still up to me.  I was able to learn all about the “Powerful effects of homeopathic remedies” and such like.
I tried to go and buy some, but I didn’t have a referring dealer #, so it said i would have to use the phone.

I stumbled across this website and was disgusted in what I read.  I do have something that may interest you though.

Before you look at my website, please google glutathione and read about its function in the body.  You can read clinical studies, see that they are patented products and could possibly give you some hope.

I use the products myself and after just a month could feel the change in my body.  I dont have any major health issues so I cant guarantee this is the answer but I was told by a physician that alot of children with autism are glutathione deficient.
