Things like this are also signs of China turning more and more into a capitalist economy; where whenever there is a demand for something and good Renminbi can be made from that, a market will form supplying that what is asked for. As with any emerging capitalist economies before the government starts to regulate things, this leads to less desired phenomena at the hands of the unscrupulous.
