Chuck is still alive, though I haven’t chatted with him in several months. He still occasionally changes his MySpace page, so I figure he’s at worst an undead. One of the times I talked to him he mentioned stopping by, but I guess he never really felt that great an urge to do so.
As of seven months ago Winona had moved to St Louis and pretty much turned her back on just about every one of her old friends in lieu of her new Second Life friends. Fantasy is more important than reality, apparently.
I emailed Kathleen just a month ago and she said she was alive (though I suppose she could have been lying to me) and was pretty busy. We exchanged a couple of emails, though she hasn’t replied to my last one. She has additional new duties and an interim new boss, so I guess things have been very hectic for her lately.
Thunder still updates her FaceBook page, and even sometimes her MySpace one. I gather she’s too busy being a stereotypical college party-girl to hang out here anymore.
I emailed both Gabu and (god help me) Tex long ago, but I never received any answer back. They both just fell off the face of the earth, it seems.
Myst worried me because the company she worked for is now defunct, though for the life of me I can’t remember who that was. Blue-something. I had the idea at the time that there might have been something shady with the company, but don’t hold me to that. It’s been long enough that I really can’t remember much about it at all. I never had her non-MoH email address, or I would have emailed her.
