Heh. . .I like how the Chinese built one of their big modern apartment buildings with a great big hole through the middle, so that the dragon reputed to live in a cave on a nearby mountain would still have an unobstructed view of the ocean.  Considerate, those Chinese folks.

Although it seems that this particular dragon (which measures 21 km, not just 21 m) stirred up a lot of controversy.  I haven’t seen any reports on what, if anything, was decided on it.
