I have a new PM in my inbox but it will not show me the message or when i hit my inbox it says “no messages” but my light is green and it says that there is one unread message

Make sure you haven’t moved any unopened messages to other folders.  Otherwise, I’m not sure.  It may just be a refresh issue that will go away in a bit.  Kinda like when avatars don’t update immediately.

well see this was happening to me yesterday for the last 10 minutes before i logged about 1:30pm cst and I have no other folders that it could go to….all i know is I looked and I had a message and I have been clicking on it and I go to the left side of the screen where it shows the folder list and it says that it is in the inbox and I even click there and it still tells me no messages

I’m afraid that I don’t really know then.  You might make sure that you’ve deleted all your old messages, but we already know that the software is rather flakey so that might be your problem.  It may go away after a while.
