Raymond Giunta is a man with much to be proud of. The founder of “We Care Ministries”, ‘Doctor Ray’ was also a clinical psychologist who was once asked by a judge to profile juvenile arson suspects, a frequent medical missionary for his church to the third world, and a contracted drug and alcohol counsellor to the counties teens. Only Doctor Ray isn’t a doctor at all, having bought his Ph.d on line for a couple of hundred dollars. Giunta though, despite never having taken a single class, says he thought the Ph.D. was legitimate. But this is only the most recent controversy for ‘Doctor Ray’.
