I am here. I went home at 10am and slept until 1, then wife to the dr at 130 to 230, get the boy at 320. So I am going to put in a 3 hour day. I am so sleepy lately, stupid medicine changes.
I once didn’t go to the dentist for eight years and didn’t even have a cavity. The dentist just couldn’t believe it.
In fact, I only have three fillings, and none were really proper cavities. Two were soft spots that were on my teeth when they grew in (around age 9? 11?) and one was where I cracked open my tooth while go-karting.
I know for a fact though, that this time I won’t be so lucky.
I need that, I spent the most of the day out in the sun planting the garden. I am so excited to finally get it going. Tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, and white radishes so far. Much left to plant I hope tonight.
I got a bit sunburned on my arms and neck, It doesn’t hurt though unless the sun is hitting the burned parts.
Next monday is a holiday here. Yay! And it marks the day that I no longer have to force my son to get up out of bed and get ready for school. I am very excited about that.

I really want to get my raised vegetable beds built. I want to plant dwarf green beans, butternut squash, parsnips, carrots, herbs, potatoes…
In defense of the thread title, this is the birthday of Malcolm X. I’ve nver heard it referred to as “Malcolm X Day” before, so I’m calling it a not-real holiday. Just a recognition of his birthday since he did have historical significance.

Greetings people! It turns out it’s impossible to study through osomosis…also my head hurts from stacking books on it
That’s because osmosis is the movement of water from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration through a membrane.
So, if anything, you had liquid leave your body and move into the books. Not that other way around.
