Bye, Kathleen.

The woman in the cubicle next to me wears her headset all day.  I make fun of her, but she doesn’t care.  I have one, but it’s in my man-purse which is out in my car.

Bye, Kathleen. *hugs*

I’m thinking about getting a Bluetooth headset, but I certainly wouldn’t use it all the time.

I lost my old one, and this new one is too bassey.  I have to turn it all the way down or I can’t understand what people are saying.  I guess I need to look at a new one again.

Meh. I have a phone. I don’t really need a headset.

It’s handy when I’m driving, and it’s much more comfortable than holding that hot phone against my face for hours at a time.

True. But I don’t drive, so that’s not an issue, and I never use my mobile very much anyway. So it would be pretty pointless for me.

I won’t get you one for Valentine’s Day, then. wink

I’ve been talking on my a lot, lately.  It’s handy when I’m also making dinner.

If I’m in the house, I just use the house phone. Although I really want to get a cordless one.

My parents bought a cordless one, but it won’t keep a charge.  Even when it’s not being used the battery dies within 24 hours.  It’s not just the battery, either.  It included two phones with a separate charger station, and they both do it.  But then my parents seem to have horrible luck with electronics.

Hmmm. Well, I shan’t buy theirs off them, then.
wink
In all seriousness, I know my parents have a problem with reception in certain rooms on their cordless. That may be an issue.

I could, but I prefer talking over listening to music.  And I’m not going to be one of those people talking on my bluetooth headset while I walk down the street. wink

Download some talk radio podcasts.  Then you can at least listen to talking while you walk. wink

Are they AT&T;cordless phones?  We bought some of those a couple years ago and had all sorts of issues with them keeping the charge for any length of time.  Bought some new Uniden ones a little less than two years ago.  They are wonderful and keep a charge for several days off the cradle.  (But we don’t use the house phones much, so I’m not sure how long the charge will last with a lot of actually talking and use going on.)
