As per the request to post in this thread asking if the light at 3:53 is a hoax or lens flare….:

BASIC (VERY basic) lens flare.  For those not familiar with cameras, a lens flare occurs when the incoming light is so bright it reflects off the internal optics/lenses of the camera and places false ‘bright spots’ on the image being recorded. (This is made even more readily apparent when the camera is pointed down, away for the sun, and the flare disappears, only to reappear a few moments later when the sun is again in the frame.

Newsflash:  Correct me if I’m wrong but they had video cameras in 1992 did they not? 
Newsflash:  If you point a video camera directly into the sun there is going to be some weird film footage.
Newsflash:  Did anyone notice all the freaky things that started happening when the bell started ringing at 2:03?.....Exactly…. 

This is obviously a perfectly normal piece of video footage, I don’t see any evidence that they guy even had the slightest intent of creating a hoax at all.  There you have it, my 2 cents worth.

I’m sorry I was a little harsh in my last post.  I looked at the video again and I guess I did notice something at 1:31 or so.  If you look at the window behind the girl to the right it appears to be reflecting the sidewalk. But at 1:31 there appears to be some kind of a white object or mist or something that darts across the bottom of the window really fast and it is really subtle and hazy.  Don’t know if this is part of the reflection or actually from within the building.  You would really have to blow up the video to full screen to see it.  I doubt its anything but whatever.

I see what you are referring to. It looked to me like the reflection of someone going by on a bike or somesuch being reflected in the window.  It could be someone walking past in the building as well, I suppose, but it goes by a little too quick for that, imho.

And things must be REALLY slow in the forum to even be discussing this.
