I am kind of shocked with myself for not having read any of the Three Investigators books. I had (and still have, I think) some Alfred Hitchcock collections for kids. Hmm….
The Brains Benton books were pretty fun, too, from what I can remember. That’s another children’s dectective book series. Not saying they are Great Literature, but…
I think I’ve only read the one, since I do remember a mystery book featuring Alfred Hitchcock (afore now I would have put it assumed it was a Secret-Seven/Famous-Five book). As a boy I always preferred the Tom Swift novels.
I was thinking of doing three animated gifs, myself. One that cycles through Jupe, Pete & Bob every few seconds, one that cycles through Pete, Bob & Jupe and one for Bob, Jupe & Pete.
That way all your avatars would swap simultaneously from one character to the next, all the while remaining different.

Yes, that’s wouldn’t be confusing in the slightest, would it?
I keep a wish list at Amazon for the books I’d like to have. Kid’s books. Graeme Base is one of my favorites for KID kids. The pictures are fantastical. VanAllsburg is really fun, too. Probably best known for Jumanji & The Polar Express, he has some really fantastical stories.
I have the lemony snickets books on the list, too. I’d like Jocelynn & Anicah to read a variety of child/kid/young adult books. Not just the stuff they’re SUPPOSED to read. Books that open up the imagination a little.
