Not really. Reverse phone directories are usually notoriously difficult to get your hands on. The police have such handy, of course, and there are a few ‘people finder’ sites that will happily charge you for the privilage.
I don’t know how difficult reverse directories are to get…. One of our local phone books has a reverse directory section for lanlines. (And Dominoe’s Pizza chain stores have one on hand to cut down on phony phone orders.) But a reverse Directory for a cell phone sounds really hard to get ahold of! Sorry. You might try the local library, though. they might have something.
Most of the ones I have looked up usually want you to buy a report. Until incoming calls become free on cell phones, I would think that they will remain as private as possible, I hope.
