And Calvin Milo Alvarez, 30, was arrested in Fayetteville, Ark., in May on a child pornography charge after he was found by police, arguing with another man at an apartment house, with Alvarez dressed in a baby diaper and bleeding from the mouth.

I have no problem with a diaper (or nappy) fetish, but these guys all also did something stupid and/or illegal.
That’s what I have issues with.

I don’t think anyone should be neutered for fraud (???) or sex in a public toilet. The first guy gets off a little lighter than being neutered but is still a criminal. I had to give my one of my son’s his “sex talk” at 6 years old because he walked in on it at a public restroom in a public park. Needless to say I wasn’t too pleased about that, the guys did go to jail and I thought it funny but I wouldn’t neuter over just that…

Well, if pedophiles weren’t allowed to breed, I wouldn’t be here!  Think twice before declaring a mental problem to be genetic, as very few are.

I didn’t say, or imply, that his pedophilia (in it’s commonly mistaken meaning) would be genetic or that he should be neutered to prevent his passing it on. I would disconnect his junk from his persons simply so he… couldn’t harm any more children AND couldn’t go out and “make” his next victims.
