It may have been depression. After all that’s, reportely, why Owen Wilson tryed. I also heard he totally immersed himself into the Joker character. Maybe too much? I was saddened. I hate to see someone so talented die. If he was depressed and not suited for the entertainment biz, too bad he did not back out.

Yeah, he split recently with that chick from that movie that he got knocked up…that’s sad.

Although, I dislike most that reporters on TV keep saying he was found “naked”. C’mon…the guy was in his own bedroom, at home…why does it matter that he was ALSO naked? I am naked in my bedroom about 50% of the time I am in there.

I wonder if he meant to die, and so scheduled the massage so that someone would find his body…or if he accidentally overdosed with meds [and alcohol?] and simply didn’t expect to die.

This really is a tragedy.

Shouldn’t affect the movie unless they need reshoots. It’s already filmed and in post-production. Unless test screenings go bad. But without writers they wouldn’t be able to re-write any scenes anyway.

And in other news, our regular evening Operator brings in her portable DVD player when it’s really slow like it currently is. Tonight she brought in Batman Begins to watch. I asked her if she brought it in because Heath Ledger died today. She looked at me blankly and asked what I meant. I explained the next movie was coming out this summer and he was playing the Joker.

She gasped and said, “I didn’t know that. That’s kind of creepy.”
