Eh.. they make allowances for electronic menorahs.. after all, they’re not going through the whole ritual with it, etc, so it’s just a display item.

Maybe we can convince them that in order to show the proper spirit of fraternal citizenship with the Jewish residents, they should offer a big pork-barbecue downtown by the menorah.

And maybe get them to try to spin a giant ten-ton dreidle.

It’s the drive home I’m worried about, we are supposed to get freezing rain that turns into what they call a “wintry mix”. Whatever this wintry mix is, we are supposed to get 5-10cms of it.

So get out the sled and traces, and hook up the guineapigs.  Make them earn their keep.

that’s not a bad idea actually. They sure stink up the place. They are lucky they are so cute.

And tasty.  Don’t forget that.  Guinea pigs are tasty.
