Well look at it this way - Monday you are relaxed from your weekend, and maybe in a good mood, with things to talk about that you did over the weekend which makes your communication with your co-workers easier which makes the day go faster. TUESDAY though - that rested feeling is gone, and with it the good mood. Allthe weekends news has been discussed and there is possibly one co-worker who will keep rabbitting on about their news anyway which just makes your mood worse and the day slower.

Used to have one woman, would insist on going into detail about what was happening on her favourite sitcom

Wouldn’t have been so bad except she was the only one that watch or cared about it.

Ooh…know that feeling…at the moment all the office gossip surrounds various trashy reality TV shows which I go out of my way to not watch.

The person I find most annoying here is this german woman who will laugh if you say hello to her - everything is apparently hilarious, she seems to spend half her day laughing obnoxiously. Its almost as if she has made it her aim to single handedly dispel the myth that germans have no sense of humour. It pains me to listen.
