I wish I could lose the weight. I keep working out but can’t seem to lose weight. Mind you I’m putting on a fair bit of muscle so I guess I’m going to lose that much weight when muscle is heavier than fat. Sure feel better though. I don’t enjoy the working out so much as the feeling after when I have more energy and feel more alive.
If you are seeing success in the gym, going up in weights, etc. then it’s not necessarily a good idea to expect to be losing weight. By that, of course, I mean literal weight on the scale.
You can tell from other things, though: how you feel, the way your clothes fit, etc.

Did you mean when? A few years ago. I have some pictures from back then, but, you’ll have to forgive me for not sharing those.
M...maybe some day I’ll make a “before and after” thread or post.
(Though, I have to say I’m more comfortable talking about this stuff at this forum than anywhere else. Thank you, guys!)
