People here know I’m a Christian. In day to day terms I just think of myself as “just another bastard”. I fart in front of other people at work. I drink too much coffee. My flat is a mess. I sometimes swear.

To me the real miracles are to be found in things like the birth of a new child, the things people do for each other and the nice shape of an attractive woman’s buttocks. It’s great to have a Christian Faith but religion does get in the way sometimes. People should let go of dogma (I’ll wait for Renquist’s joke on that word) and just learn to appreciate each other. I believe everybody is God’s child, whether they are Christian or not. I can learn to appreciate and even celebrate the differences in each person. I can recognise the humility and peaceful nature of people who follow non Christian faiths.

You can argue all you want about false religions as many good people can say a lot about that. I’d say the real cause of “today’s curses” is how people (Christians included) treat each other.

I think there’s enough religions, no more is needed.

So you killed your leader, and now we don’t have to be afraid of him?  Because by your terms, if you have not killed him, you have displeased the Lord.  (And note, the bible says “the” Lord)

I actually need too keep a table of how many times and different dates that people have said the world would end and War, Famine, Death and the other dude would come down on their horses, blah blah blah…
