Nope, I’ve got a doctor’s appointment this afternoon.
I’m guessing inflammation of the joint (I spoke to my mother, who was a doctor).

Poor Boo, I aggravated my back at the weekend so I think the bone thats loose has moved ever so slightly again. Stupid stupid me. Drugged up on muscle relaxants now. Do you remember doing something to it or is it one of those injuries that comes upon you with no warning?

I just woke up with it on Sunday, and it’s been getting worse ever since.
