I really hope the woman was put under full anasthetic. I know caesarians are usally under general anasthetic so the lady stays awake (not how I was born, the general stuff didn’t work on my mum so they just knocked her out ) but by God would she be bricking it when a kid started operating.

You wouldn’t have to. There’d be hundreds of sharp, pointy instruments everywhere.

Having been in the room when this was being done twice. She probably didn’t know there was a kid doing it. They have a shield up and you can’t see what is going on down there.

I could still see my doctor working, could hear him talking…and people talking to him. The shield was only large enough to keep me from seeing my own belly.

My wifes was about 4’ wide and 4’ tall she couldn’t see anything I had to stand on my toes to see.
