Holographic discs are coming out of the woodwork!

The new thread is here:

http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoax/forums/viewthread/10252/P11/

Cheers

No offence, but we probably all heard of that. It’s been at the top of the hoaxes forum for a long time.

No offence taken.

As you know, with so many spin offs from LifeWave, it’s hard to keep up!

I notice that another ex-LifeWaver has thrown his hat in with Warren Hanchey.

Ron Morefield is out there flogging the discs.

BTW IRabbit, what actions have you taken to bring this 8ight scam and others like LifeWave, CieAura etc. to the notice of the right people…or any people?

Happy New Year.

So, nothing from IRabbit.

Meanwhile the holographic SCAM movement picks up speed.

Check out the Hoax Forum threads on CieAura that now include the Power Balance SCAM.

Shaquille Oneal has decided to get in on the SCAM.

Another business for Ex-LifeWaver, Warren Hanchey?

Here’s an interesting post dated 2/18/10

“Why bring in another new CEO?
Why bring in a

So good to see Warren has a large following on Twitter.

From Mrs Hanchey:

“I’ve been married to Warren since ‘78 and we have moved 18 times.”

I wonder why?

Warren Hanchey has published an interview where he attempts to give some credibility to his own SCAM while revealing much about David Schmidt at LifeWave patches.

http://www.qalias.com/view_profile/Warren/E/Hanchey/1065/0/

You’ll notice that Warren doesn’t dismiss LifeWave patches as being a SCAM because this would cast a shadow of doubt on his own amazing “product”!

Warren does accuse David Schmidt of running a Ponzi scheme:

“The reason I had gotten involved, along with the original founders, was to create a company to help people with good products.  Lifewave seem to me to have evolved into just a ponzi pyramid scheme buy 2006.

Ponzi Pyramid Scheme.  If sales are being made in a company doing multi-level marketing, and the reason for the sales is to commission out other people, with the product taking a secondary role, then the pyramid definition seems to fit if the drop out rate is high.

Other indications of this would be that if downlines are manipulated for upline benefit, distributors are cut off without notice, and policies and procedures are changed to further the goals of management a pyramid scheme would seem to be the result.”

Warren goes on to give his sales pitch for 8ight:

“So now you have the rest of the story.  Lifewave was a tremendous experience for me personally and a shame that credibility could not be maintained.  I put everything I could into rolling out the Lifewave technology and I felt I would spend the rest of my business life helping Lifewave grow worldwide.

Little did I know that Lifewave would just be a stop along the way and my dream of products that help people is alive and well and http://www.8ight.com is growing with rave reviews.

8ight LLC has loads of science and credible people involved in the process, including some of those run off by Lifewave.  We appreciate the contributions of others, that have been freely offered, and that have made a tremendous influence on our technology.”

“...loads of science”.

Apparently you can buy it by the barrow load!

“Understanding the quantum field in developing holographic programming is leading to many new products that are in development in other companies and I am sure the arrows will be flowing freely as the shock of those new innovations come streaming out.  This is just a part of the process of helping change the world.”

So, we are to believe Warren has moved on from a sticky patch SCAM to “inventing” a holographic sticker (available for a few cents in bulk) with magical properties.

Now, take a look at this article about Quantum Field Theory:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_field_theory

Clear as mud, right?

Exactly! Warren Hanchey, Ken Rasner, Power Balance etc. are all relying on people being totally awed by the mere mention of Quantum Physics to take any time to figure out that the new holographic stickers are based on NOTHING other than a nice printing job!

When a magician saws a woman in half and puts her back together again, it’s magic.

Warren Hanchey want’s you to believe he really CAN do it!

It appears that Warren Hanchey has been busy starting up yet another holographic chip company.

This time Warren is doing the bracelet thing, just like the Power Balance Bracelet (the bracelet that was BUSTED on Australian TV…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yd0Gb9EgkHA

Warren’s new company is called Mojo Future Tech

http://www.mojofuturetech.com/

Seems that Warren is hoping to grab some of the bracelet action before people get wise to it.

His bracelets last forever, so that must be good news for the CieAura crowd who have to keep buying replacement discs.

“...the energetic holograms WILL NEVER WEAR OUT and can be worn during athletic activities or all the time.”

http://mojofuturetech.com/index.php?app=ecom&ns=catshow&ref=mojomax_wrist_double_7in

“MOJO State-of-the-art holographic discs and Performance Wristbands marries the traditional Chinese medicine of acupuncture and holographic energy technologies to produce a revolutionary delivery system achieving balance, harmony, and influencing the body for better health.”

“...holographic energy technologies…”  What?

It appears a new science has been born and we are to accept its existence without question.

It’s even gone mainstream…

Imagine that!

Warren’s SCAM seems to give better value for money…

“For over 6,000 years, various cultures have understood that objects and natural sensations influence our daily lives with their color, sound, design, etc.

With the revolutionary advances in holographic technology, we are able to capture these natural influences and create ways to store and retrieve the information using holograms.

The body can now access this information through acupuncture points on an

I have never heard about this until now. It does seem quite far fetched. I think the science behind this seems a bit hokey, I really can’t believe how many people are actually buying this. Some people will believe anything, as for me, I think I will pass on this, at least until I see some actual evidence that they really work.

You’ll be waiting a very long time for real evidence. We’ve been waiting for 6+ years for evidence that LifeWave patches do anything more than placebo. The studies are always “coming”.

There is much written about how humans naturally perform magical thinking.  Our brains seem to find it easy to believe in outrageous claims. The few who don’t are labelled as skeptics, and much worse, in an attempt to shield the scam from criticism and, more importantly, the possibility that the scam will be uncovered and the source of the money stopped.
