The problems start when people put their religeous beliefs on a pedestal and expect everything to conform to them. Their god is inerrent, so their beliefs are inerrent; in christians, this is the sin of pride as they are basically saying they are inerrent.
Our dear friend, BibleDude is a mild case…
[quote author=“FSTDT”]”[Asked if the Bible said the sky was green, would they accept that or would or assume somehow their interpretation of the Bible was wrong?]
I would wake up every day and thank God for His beautiful green sky.
You are attempting to naturalize a supernatural God. The Bible says the wisdom of man is foolisness to God. I assume God knows far better what color the sky is than fallible, imperfect men do.
