How’s things?

Yesterday I was as fuzzy as a rabbit. Slept only 4 hours (with sleeping medication), and woke up like a zombie. Stayed so the rest of the morning and afternoon

Yesterday afternoon I met up with a friend from Groningen, who’s a science writer.
We visited thhe Boerhaave Museum, where a new exposition about the sun is about
to open. For a newse piece on it, we were given a tour by the person who made the
exhibit.

After that, as weathher was very ggood (no jacket needed) we settled on a terrace
in the old city center for a while sipping ros

Exactly. And this morning, I had set my alarm-clock at 7:00, but as Spacewatch turned out to be closed, got to my bed again and slept till 12:00…..

Well, technically it’s ‘god’, but I’m open to other suggestions.
And sleeping in is A Good Thing.
I had 11 hours sleep last night. Went to bed at 9.

Over thhe last month, I did not manage to get asleep earlier than 1:30 am, and often only wiith the help of sleeping medication…..  :-(
