A blind woman has baffled scientists after proving on TV that she can distinguish between colours by touch.

I don’t think she’s blind.  There seriously cannot be a difference in the feeling of a red t-shirt versus a blue t-shirt.  I have more than one blue t-shirt, but they all feel differently.  Plus, this reported by Ananova.

Hate to break this to you, but your TV is lying to you. Every channel on it is full of half-truths, lies, damn-lies, propaganda, spin and outright BS.

Except “FOX News”, obviously.

I think buba was being sarcastic here, David.

I can taste with the sense of touch.  Of course, I have to touch the thing with my tongue.

What, you mean people might actually say things they don’t really mean on web-forums?! I refuse to believe it!

Next you’ll be telling be you aren’t really a 3000 year-old sea monster with a surprisingly good internet connection! (And my apologies to your mum, BTW.)

I can correctly determine breast cup sizes by touch….

Wow! I’ve heard of people claiming to size breasts by touch before, but sizing the cups is a new one.

Do you specifically have to touch the cup? Or does it still work if you just finger a shoulder-strap or two? Hmm, now this is a topic that demands some serious scientific study; where’s your nearest Rosse-Buurt facility?
