A fire which swept through the famous 19th Century ship Cutty Sark may have been started deliberately, police say.

I used to go past that with my family whenever we went to London when I was little.

I loved it. I just don’t get why someone would want to burn it down.

Most of the times I visited it, it was closed for renovation anyway.
But I did get to look around it once.

It’s a thing of beauty, certain individuals need to be castrated.

She was/is a beauty.
However, luckily she was in drydock undergoing restauration and her masts were removed along with evrything else loose on deck and most of the planking. I saw on BBC World last night a guy from the project and he said that it looked far worse then it appears now after a first inspection. It will take longer (and more money) to finish the restauration, but she
