Considering the source, I don’t think I’m being overly doubting when I say the story’s unlikely to be true…
O ye of little faith, I myself have witnessed the deadly phenomena known as “crack squirrels”. As the story you linked to points out,
“Crack squirrels are a recognised problem in America. They are common in parks used by addicts in New York and Washington DC. They have been known to attack park visitors in their search for a fix.”
So, all you doubters better watch your backs next time you find yourself wandering through a darkened, treed area. Remember, watch the skies! (squirrels tend to attack from above)
