I’m so-so, Boo…It’s pretty well gone, but that pain behind my eyes in still present.  I should have worn a hat to work to block the GLARING lights.  It’s like the flouresent lights of death here.

Ugh. Not good.
Could you borrow some sort of hat or visor or something from anyone?

No one here keeps anything like that on-hand.  It’s not so looking at my computer b/c I have one of those glare protector things…it’s just the walking about….

I’m agreeing with the porcupine theory. I am also laughing my ass off because i like porcupines, and don’t like dogs! Sure I was gonna say something interesting…?

The problem with office lightning and migraines (or epileptic fits) is in the frequency of the light. They flicker at 50-60 Hz (depending on where you are). Your brain- and nerve system subconscioulsy notes that. So shading the glare w on’t necesarrily help. Turning off the light would do. But then you stil wuld have your computeer screeen, with the same problem.

Migraine sucks. Poor Maeg *hug*

Turn off your computer too and go home, you can then relax on the sofa and get pampered by your other half.

Hi, Mort…Thanks, Boo.  Jason likes to buy things he thinks I like…and now that we’re married “the thought that counts” doesn’t count for so much now, b/c he should KNOW what I want…not presume that anything he puts into paper is sweet.
