But of course I will, I am well used to it now, happened about four years ago thanks to a car crash with a JCB! Was in a brace for a wee bit but have excercises that usually sort me out. Thanks Boo smile

Only when it gets sore to be honest, I am MEANT to do them every day but….
The JCB most definitely started it, I wasnt driving but it hit us side on at about 25-30 miles per hour which is pretty fast for a JCB, especially when the shovel is filled with cement. We were very lucky all things considered.
