I don’t know why the big phone rush. There’s a lot of mail because the ATO has started mailing out the quarterly statements for those people who need to complete them by the end of October.
Remember, a Dragon is for life!

ATO = Australian Tax Office, perhaps?
You need a longer telephone cord, perhaps. Or a cordless one.

No phone would be perfect, in my opinion…but some people regard answering the phone as part of my job…

I thought that the invention of voice-mail meant that you don’t have to answer the telephone any more?
