Yes I have. The Doctor was very kind and understanding. yet with the new rules, I might loose the 100% labour incapacity status and get a partial labour incapacity status. That is not clear yet: he has to report to the labour expert, who then will have a talk with me, and decide whether there are options for me to work for 1-2 days a week or not.

And would you like to work 1-2 days a week?
Are you actually fit to?

Hmmmm. So when are you seeing this guy (or gal) to talk about your options?

Also, it is not easy at all to get into a job, with a partial labour incapacity status.

I do want to go back to work eventually, I have no desire to maintain my 100% labour incapacity status forever. But at this moment, I just feel not ready for it yet. I tire much too easily and too often. And my moods still vary considerably, and I am yet too sensitive to stress. And I stil have an intensive treatment program going on that demands much of my energy. Plus a few things that I do not want to publicy discuss here.
