Interesting Democracy, where the ideas you have for your country do not so much matter; but rather the amount of dirt dug up by your adversary, and the way in which your PR Agency is or is not succesful in mitigating that.

Yeah. . .wouldn’t it be a novel idea for political campaigns to be about what the candidate is going to do for the country, rather than how well the campaign committee can smear the other candidates?  People voting for the candidate who they think is the best, rather than for the one who’s portrayed as the least bad. . .what an amazing concept.
