Brooke’s condition has baffled doctor’s and scientist because it is something they had never encountered before. They call her condition Syndrome X and was named so after they discovered Brooke. Someone said they believed her disease is called Progeria but that condition is the oppisite of syndrome x. Progeria is where the body ages faster than normal (premature aging) and syndrome x is where they apperantly quit aging all together. Hope this helps some of your questions.
